General FAQs:
- Who are your clients?
- My clients are typically the loved-ones of seniors who ask me to provide regular companionship to their aging parents or relatives. They also include assisted living activity coordinators who use my entertainment programs to compliment the regular activities provided at their residential facility.
- What type of seniors do you cater to?
- I cater to individual seniors and to groups; my typical client is female, often widowed, living alone and in need of companionship and support from someone she can trust. I also cater to single men and to husband and wife couples working to maintain their independence but needing a little extra help on the way.
- What services do you provide?
- My services include individual companionship, group entertainment and transportation. I see my role as one of providing stimulation and fun to those I serve while helping to provide peace of mind to their loved ones.

FAQs about Personal Companionship
- Do individuals who you support live in their own homes?
- I visit seniors who live in their own homes where they are able to maintain their independence and I also visit individuals who have moved into assisted living and nursing facilities
- What sort of services do you provide as part of personal companionship?
- The primary need of those individuals I support is to remain stimulated; too often can living alone mean loneliness or boredom from a lack of intellectual stimulus and inter-personal engagement. I provide reading, music, poetry and discussion on any topic. Just the opportunity to chat can often make the world of difference in their overall well being.
- What sort of feedback do you receive from the seniors you work with?
- The individuals I work with are smart and wise. They value the opportunity to engage as an equal rather than as someone needing support. Just the freedom to express themselves to someone they trust is of great value to them. And they realize that the services I provide also bring piece of mind to their loved ones that they are getting the stimulation they need.
- What sort of feedback do you receive from the families of the seniors you support?
- I like to get to know my clients as well as I know the seniors I work with. It helps build mutual trust and ensures that I have a good understanding of the client needs and objectives. I am available to provide additional hours of service at times when the client is away on business or vacation; or for clients who live out of state and are not able to engage with their loved one as much as they would like. Often times, by visiting the individual senior on a regular basis I am able to report back to the client as to the overall well being of the senior and to notify them of any concerns.

FAQs about Group Entertainment:
- Where do you perform your group entertainment?
- I provide group entertainment at a number of senior homes and am also available to do the same at senior centers and on private occasions
- Who are your clients for group entertainment?
- My regular clients are typically the activity coordinators at senior homes and community centers who request a weekly or bi-weekly program. They may also be the loved ones of seniors, arranging a special celebration or event for a group of seniors.
- What type of entertainment do you offer to your regular groups of seniors?
- I offer a set weekly program lasting about an hour to include listening to music of all varieties, reading of poetry of stories (called Short Poems and Tall Stories) and an interactive discussion of trivia and famous quotes. The program timing has plenty of time for participation and interaction with the audience and each week I incorporate content requests from previous weeks.
- What entertainment do you offer for special occasions?
- For special occasions the program I offer will be custom designed to meet the needs and personalities of those being entertained. I work closely with the client to ensure the content and the duration of the event is just right for the occasion.
- What do the seniors who participate in your group entertainment get from your program?
- The program is arranged in such a way as to stimulate happy memories and reminisce of days gone by as well as to bring them some fun and laughter. Many seniors value the opportunity to meet and get to know others in their residential communities. The smile on their faces at the end of a program and their enthusiasm for the next one says it all.

FAQs about Transportation Services
- What type of transportation services do you offer?
- I provide a luxury car service (not a limo) for individuals or small groups who value their independence despite their desire to no longer drive themselves about. I provide a safe, timely and comfortable transportation service that allows seniors to maintain their peace of mind.
- How many passengers can you carry at one time?
- I can carry from one to a maximum of three passengers at any one time
- What type of occasions do you drive for?
- As examples I drive seniors to and from appointments with doctors, nurses, hospitals and clinics; on shopping trips; to and from their favorite hair salon; to visit friends and to the grocery store and back. I also drive individuals or small groups of seniors (maximum 3) on day-trips to museums; on scenic drives and on special group outings.
- What is the most important aspect of this service to your passengers?
- Safety and timeliness are foremost in providing a transportation service but it is also vital to allow the individual to arrive at their appointment with pride in their independence and freedom, and to arrive in comfort. My service seeks to provide all of the above while having some fun on the way.
